Arthur Christmas is the latest 3D, CG-animated family comedy from Aardman and Sony Pictures Animation, featuring the voices of ASHLEY JENSEN and HUGH LAURIE.
The film reveals the incredible, never-before seen answer to every child’s question: ‘So how does Santa deliver all those presents in one night?’ The answer: Santa’s exhilarating, ultra-high-tech operation hidden beneath the North Pole. At the center of the film is a story about a family in a state of comic dysfunction and an unlikely hero, Arthur, with an urgent mission that must be completed before Christmas morning dawns.
ASHLEY JENSEN voices ‘Bryony’, a lowly elf from the Giftwrap Battalion and HUGH LAURIE lends his vocal talents to ‘Steve’, Santa and Mrs. Santa’s eldest son and Arthur’s cool and incredibly capable older brother. The film also features the voices of James McAvoy, Jim Broadbent, Bill Nighy, Imelda Staunton, Joan Cusack, Robbie Coltrane, Michael Palin and Dominic West.
Arthur Christmas receives its London premiere this Sunday, 6th November, and will open in cinemas across the UK next week on Friday 11th November (and in the US on Wednesday 23rd November). Check out the trailer below and go see it when it comes out next week for some festive fun!
