“Impressive. Some phenomenal acting”
Three Days In The Country is now showing at the National Theatre, starring HH client DEBRA GILLETT. It opened this week and has already received a wealth of rave reviews.
Adapted and directed by celebrated playwright Patrick Marber, Three Days… is an excellent new version of Ivan Turgenev’s passionate and moving 1854 comedy A Month in the Country. Set on a beautiful country estate in mid-nineteenth century Russia, a handsome new tutor brings reckless, romantic desire to an eccentric household. Over three days one summer, the young and the old learn lessons in love: first love and forbidden love, maternal love and platonic love, ridiculous love and last love.
DEBRA stars in the production as Lizaveta, alongside a top cast including Mark Gattis, Amanda Drew and John Simm. It’s produced in association with Sonia Friedman Productions and is now playing in the National’s Lyttelton Theatre until 21st October. Book your tickets here!
